Marc S. Ragusa, Esq. has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1991. He graduated with Law Review honors from the Catholic University Law School in Washington, D.C. and he’s an alumnus of Hofstra University.

With over a decade of extensive real estate experience, Mr. Ragusa combined his experience as a Real Estate Attorney and Broker to create an innovative Realty Agency focused on the needs of Salespeople.

Although the 100% commission concept is not new, the goal was to create an affordable alternative to Re/Max® and other higher cost Agencies. This goal was realized when he founded Long Island Realty Agents – Long Island’s first low cost 100% commission Realty Agency.

Mr. Ragusa’s philosophy for the Company is to provide Licensed Salespeople with the flexibility to work more independently and earn higher commissions while benefiting from the extensive support the Company provides to all its Agents.

In turn, this structure also benefits the Company’s Clients and Customers. As an independent company, our goal is to offer knowledge and experience with the best of service to our clients.

Our Licensed Real Estate Agents work under a highly competitive compensation package.  Coupled with our low overhead expenses, we typically save our Sellers thousands of dollars over the normal industry standard commission rates.

The Company’s Licensed Broker and Sales Associates are members of the Long Island Board of Realtors, which demands higher standards of ethics and real estate practices among its members.  In addition, our Broker personally supervises each agent and provides detailed support and training to meet our high standards.
