Free Home Market Analysis. Find out what your home is worth with a free detailed Comparable Market Analysis. We can even suggest ways to increase the value of your home so it will sell at a higher price.

Multiple Listing Service. Most homes sold on Long Island are sold through MLS - a private computerized network of more than 1,900 cooperating real estate offices. Nearly every real estate office on Long Island is a member of MLS. Don’t be misled by other Realtors who offer low commissions but don’t include MLS!

Full Service Showings. We will screen the calls of potential buyers, arrange convenient appointments for showings, and insure that a licensed Realtor shows your home in a professional manner.

Internet Listing. We will list your home on our website, with color pictures and a full description to help sell your home faster and at the highest price the market will allow. Most discount Realtors don’t use the internet.

Open Houses. We can arrange open houses to increase the visibility of your home on the market. Open houses are optional and we never pressure a homeowner into an open house, unlike other Realtors.

Yard Sign. We provide a full color For Sale yard sign for your home. Unlike other Realtors, we again don’t require a homeowner to have a sign in their yard. It’s your choice.
